This was our third time we tried this restaurant for Dim Sum. The first was ok except one plate sho mei was so bad we had to point out to the waiter who tasted and said too much vinegar and then we had to argue to get credit! But, since Noodle Chu restaurant is only local alternative and they boldly cheat you on the tallying of the bill besides serving cold dim sum, we went back to "Qin" a few months later and were roundly disappointed. Now, maybe a year later, we have tried again, in the hopes that things had improved and we were so disappointed that it was upsetting. What a way to disappoint a good hunger. The dim sum tasted like it had been frozen in salt water! ( I don't think it was msg, as I didn't get the typical headache and thirst later that I usually get.) And that went for everything we tried, about 7-8 items, and the only "flavor" I could pick out was salt.. What a waste of money and time. Forgive my humor but I have to say that the Qin Dynasty should be called the Qin DyNASTY!!!
