We know the secret to great seafood is quality and freshness. That's why we've insisted on the finest seafood the sea has to offer since we opened our first restaurant in 1968. Since then, lots of things have changed. But one thing hasn't – our relentless pursuit of quality and, above all, freshness

The food at this restaurant has always been consistently good with generous portions. The only negative thing is when they're busy, THEY ARE BUSY --and the wait can be tediously long. But if you don;t go there on a Friday or Saturday, the wait is usually minimal (if any).

Maybe it was because it was lunch on Sunday but service was non-existant. Food was small portioned which may have been a blessing. Shrimp pasta was dry and gluey. Clam strips were just hard fried bits of batter. Even the manager was unable to get service. He ordered something brought to table and 20 minutes later was dismayed to find it had not been delivered. There are too many GOOD restaurants to waste money, time and appetite on this place til they get back on track. I have visited other Red Lobsters without these problems
