the food is great but i will never eate there any more as i have paid to advertise on their placemats at all 3 locations and the they will not use the placemats but did hang them on the walls of the restroom above the urnals
This is my FAVORITE restaurant. The price is great and the food is even better. I have tried sushi around the country and only California sushi bars have rivaled Sushi House. You must try the crunch roll -- only $4.50 and so delicious. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Best upscale food in Cedar Rapids. Chalkboard menu plus huge regular menu. Maybe too many choices. Restroom was not in best shape and server didnt know much about food. Food made up for it though.Quite pricey but the food is very sophisticated.

We have been regular's of this "rib joint" since it opened in CR as Jim's Rib Haven. This is the best BBQ we have ever had! WE try BBQ when we travel, and ALWAYS compare it to Al and Irene's. Excellent food. You get a lot of food for your money - I recommend splitting a meal with a friend. Also, you can't go wrong with a cup of kheer at the end of the meal.

Very good steak, seafood and regional fare. Most steaks are dry aged and very high quality. Good service, nice atmosphere. Based on many visits. Include the morels if in season.
There sauce is some of the best there is There meats are well prepared and smoked to a very high standard The service is slow and the servers are rude The atmosephere is sparce but clean I would eat there on a regular basis if the service were better
