I live two blocks way from CAFETERIA on west 18th Street and probably eat there at least four times a week. The place open, and busy, 24/7 and consideriing the options for late night dining downtown I cant remeber what I did before it opened! The prices are in line with what most diners charge but ...

Candela Candela is one of my favorite spots on the East Side; I love to bring dates here and enjoy one of their amazing pastas or alternatively bring my friends to their excellent Mojito Bar.

Good comfort food for a good price and friendly service. Definitely not a dress up place, but they have decent entertainment during weekends (live music)

OH MY GOD! Carmine's really knows how to feed you the italian way. The portions were HUGE and very reasonably priced. A salad fed five people as did a dinner entree. The Shrimp Parmigiana is highly reccommended. Make sure to leave room for dessert!*****
In an effort to treat my husband for his birthday, I took my husband and another couple out to dinner, July 2008. My husband and I have had good experiences in Little Italy in the past and so he wanted to try another restaurant there. The other couple had never been there and thought it would be a...
One of the worst dining experiences ever. Our waiter was rude, unattentive, & very unfriendly. My linguini with clams was completely awful. The linguini was completely dry, cold, and had only a little cream sauce underneath it on the bottom of the bowl, as if they had put some sauce in and thrown dr...

Homey, friendly French-style bistro without the "attitude" of Balthazar, or the snooty prices. Pleasant and attractive wait-staff. Interesting menu. well prepared and well presented. (Good French fries.)

the owner spiros kasimis is great, but the best thing about the cheyenne is the food and its service, especially breakfast.
Gerard is the best! Great food & always the best service in our neighborhood. Not so sterile as the Restaurant Row group.
On a beautiful sunny New York City day in early August I was introduced by friends to what will forever be a favorite addiction ChickaLicious Dessert Bar located at 203 E. 10th Street (at 2nd ave.). That day I indulged in the very reasonably priced 3 course Prix Fixe menu not once but twice as I bro...

if you want terible cheap service then this is the place for you. the waiter are more concerned with getting drunk behind the bar then actual helping customers. why you ask? becuase is tip is included so regardless they will get whatever they want... complete ripoff. fried rat on a stick would have ...
