After having dinner at this restaurant on Sunday August 30th my fiance and I have been ill for three days. I would not recommend dinning at this facility to anyone.
I'm sorry but I don't know what is so great about this place. I love Mexican food and everytime I give this place a chance I think why did I come back. I think for the best Mexican food you should try La Costita off Stark in Troutdale.
The quality of the meat in ther enchiladas and other common dishes is great. The chili rellenos are not made the traditional way and the seafood dishes are not great. If your in the mood for beef or chicken you will not be disappointed.
This is probably the best mexican food you will find east of downtown portland. My boyfriend and I frequently go there it is one of our favorites. The meat is lean and well cooked. I cant say anything for seafood seeing as neither of us are really seafood people. Service is great and the restaurant ...
We have been eating at LaCarreta for years now. The staff has always been friendly...the food is fantastic and we have NEVER had a bad experience or bad food. It is our go to place to eat!

I used to like McCraes, I even told my family to go there because I liked it, they all hated it, saying that they had horrible service, and it took an hour to get their food. I used to think they were over reacting, until January 1st 2009. My husband, my 8 month old daughter, and I went, my daughter...
This place has a great hotsalsa that no other chinese restuarant/buffet that I know of serves. They serve all of my favorite chinese dishes in the buffet. Unlike most other buffets, their food is usually fresh and still hot. I enjoyed this place. Value for the money is excellent too.
Last night we took our two teenage sons to dinner and were completly disapointed. The prices have gone up and now you must pay for a salad for your dinner. I realize that costs are going up but the quality of the food has went down tremendously. I ordered tri tip and half of it was fat and could not...
Came in on a Sunday afternoon expecting a good meal, not having been there before.
What we experienced was TERRIBLE. 1/2 empty restaurant and was ignored at the front hostess bar for over 5 minutes. They then took our name and said it would be another few minutes to be seated! But they suggested we...
Good old boy steakhouse. Peanuts on the floor, line dancing and country music blaring. This is suprisingly famly style.
Grand salads come w/dinner (almost too much) all toppings including cheese and real thick bacon bits. Honey butter rolls probono. Good beer, and wine. Mixed drinks are large a...
this is a casual counter service kind of place, then they bring it to you, Good for vegetarians and they even have kids specials. Good value in down town. Wouldn't make it a destination but if you are in the area it is great for lunch or quick casual dinner
I have eaten here several times and have gotten it as take out many, many more. The food is good for the most part and the portions generous. I think it is a bit pricey for some items (usually the "specials"). Some items are prepared "oddly" perhaps because I am used to Cantonese style rather than...
The most authentic Mexican food I have found in this country. They serve pozole and atole and other dishes you simply can't find anywhere else. Highly recommended.
Wonderful home made, down to the bread made fresh. We enjoy eating there good service and great food. Not sure if they are still on menu, but try the "Irish Nachos" as an appetizer. Not your normal! Plan to take 1/2 home great portions for the price.
Food is fantastic, but plan on waiting for a table. The restaurant is fairly small as it is an old house converted into a restaurant. Good things come to those that wait. The other review is correct, the serving sizes are large. On their delicious sandwiches, you can order a half sandwich instea...
This is a beautiful restaurant, with GREAT food, service, ambience, the desserts exquisite. They are known for their Delicious Hungarian Mushroom Soup.
