Although the food is decent, be aware that their catering policies are horrible.. Buyer beware!!! Once they have you locked in for a certain amount they will charge your credit card and not allow any changes/refunds even though they have not even started to work on your catering order.
Great traditional mexican food! Love the margaritas and wonderful live music on fridays. I'd definately go back.

The food is always piping hot and the enchiladas, taste like enchiladas, the tamales, like tamales, etc. We live 5 minutes away from a Pancho's but my husband and I drive 25 minutes to the Panchos on Jacksboro Hwy.
As said before, the Pancho's on Jacksboro Highway is far better than any other in the metroplex.
Great margaritas; Good food; Reasonable prices. Down side: plastic utensils, limited menu, fast food ambience, and no free chips. Strangely, Taco Cabana makes great pancakes for breakfast -although these are no longer on the menu, some Cabanas (like this one) still serve them if you ask.
