they just missed the mark, aiming for a high end place. the new building was a good start, but they missed the details. the staff is ok, but not special. the prices are high for what could be ragu out of a jar. still better than nappolis service though. i guess my best recomendation would be to c...

very dirty most of the time. most of the time, something in the drive through orders is wrong, so check it before leaving, or go inside. your experience will be greatly affected by who is working. it's a duck shoot, might be ok, might not. and they don't care.
I called in to ask if they had a certain thing. The guy acted like I was 5. As if i don't know chinese food. Great Food. Just need nicer service.
My wife have dined in and out many times over the past 5 years. The food was great, the folks were super and they were always happy that we were there. Lisa, was wonderful! When the business sold (2008 as I recall) and new owners took over, all fell into the proverbial commode. The owners became sly...
Food was boring, salads were wilted, service was meh. It's a step down from Olive Garden at the same price point...and I wouldn't eat at Olive Garden.
Nick's has been around for forever, but I think their fryer grease may have been around even longer. This is a very loud place, with very slow service, and the food tastes like frozen stuff that has been popped into the deep fryer. Nothing tastes fresh. Overall a "meh" experience. However, i...

I love Chicken Express -- but not this one. I've been several times thinking it'll be better -- I'm wrong. Not only does the service suck b/c the "Kids" are in there running it, they always screw up our order or bill, but I have yet to get anything that isn't soggy and COVERED (Literally dripp...

Terriable service always dirty the worse
Prices have doubled since the move to the new location. Our check was $100+ for 4 people. Service was slow. We were there for 2 hours. No menu, waitstaff told you what was on the menu. Portions were smaller. Will not go back
Menu was a few sheets of paper stapled together. Bread before the meal was cold and not from oven. Food took forever to get. When it did arrive, all the food had a metal taste as though it was baked in tin foil. Table was a fold out card table. Overall, me and my families experience was bad, we will...
took forever we had to be somewere and had to order it to go. the food was horrible they forgot the chicken and I had to go home and redo the pasta because it was plain and had to cook chicken to eat it with. We were very disappointed.

The food at times is great but the value discrepancy comes from the girls who check you out and tend to regularly overcharge for breakfast. Often times the ring up the specials as not special and over charge up to $3.00 per time. This is the same practice that took place at the Garland location. I g...
i am fond of sports bars and pubs. this one does not qualify. the music is always screaming. good or bad, depending on taste, it doesn't matter when you have to scream to the people with you to have a conversation. The service is extremely slow. i suspect there is only a three toed sloth behind...

what do you want? you are paying for overpriced shaved ice with sugar poured on it. did you expect a fancy table, linen napkins, a bathroo attendant?
