I was with my family to get a quick nice meal. The server moved fast, talked fast and went on and on about what German food is. I am German. What was irritating was being served a bowl and given no plates for all. Another server had to be called to set the table. I mean, come on. So to reduce my own stress I tell another employee that we we're not served right but would like maybe if at all to discuss the meal after it is done, no manager please. The manager came over 5 minutes later and I said, "No, please," because its family dinner time. Oh my God, he wouldn't leave. So I said, "Listen, the staff has not done well so I don't want to talk now." So he says, "Well policy says I must come over". Well excuse me but my policy says no, you see, and all I was saying waz waiters were flighty. Now new complaint and much bigger- the manager acts like he boss of us at dinner. I immediately lost appetite. Oh, and "manager" goes off to say my wife's soy allergy is not his fault. She added, and I didn't know, she had been served the wrong entreé. So a waiter is supposed to watch and if not, the manager. Hm, who monitors manager. Owner. So you see, a goid server is a blessing. Forget what its about, and we'll forget to come by.

Great Food and atmosphere!

The sour dough rolls were excellent as were the salads and entrees enjoyed by the members of our party. The Apple Strudel was excellent.
