Welcome to our family tradition. After World War I, Domenico Di Somma opened a small bakery in Pozzuoli, a beautiful, picturesque seaside village on the Bay of Naples in Italy. Domenico named the bakery Rosa Rosa after his beautiful wife Rosa who he called affectionately Rosa Rosa.. Their love story is spoken about in Pozzuoli to this day. Domenico worked hard, with passion and determination, to create something for his family. Today, Rosa Rosa bakery continues the family tradition of making the finest breads, pastries and pizzas in Pozzuoli. We try to offer the Rosa Rosa legacy of fine food also here in America by making everything with love and care as a way of honoring our family history.Grazie e Buon Appetito
