the best 4 cheese tortallini EVER!!! I mean on this planet!!! our visit was for a retirement party with family. Enjoyed our dinner very much. We brought our own wine, they were fine with that. (did charge an opening fee) thats normal.
Very good Itailian food, (though everytime I go there I end up eating the same thing.) You can enjoy a great Itailian meal with great service here. Bring your wallet please. If you plan on dining here over the weekend, also be prepared to wait out

Being Italian, I know good Italian food, when I taste it... ... ...

Basically if you are not white, rich, or old, you will not get a have a good experiance at this restaurant. It was honestly the worst I've ever been treated at the resturant. After going there, waiting an hour for a friends birthday, then learning about their ten dollars a person minimum, they basically told us we should leave if a few of us only wanted appitizers or desserts. It would have been fine if they had been nice, but the Owner told us, frankly, "If you aren't going to eat, you should just leave. If your're hungry, why don't you try Dennys or McDonalds?"
Yes, we are college students, so I'm sure that if we had been older or wealthier we would have received different treatment.
I'm sure the food is great, and the atmosphere is fine, but this is the rudest experience I have ever had at a resturant and I will never be returning there again

Normally we don't bother to order spaghetti, but Rosas' makes the best spaghetti with meat sauce on the Central Coast! One of those restaurants favored by the .

Rosas is a nice place for a date. The prices are all reasonable and the food is excellent. The service was lacking one time I went, but every other time it was impeccable. I highly recommend the squash ravioli; very tasty!
Overall, a great Italian choice! Not as pricey or high brow as Guiseppes (sp), so if you're looking for a more comfortable atmosphere or better prices, head to Rosas.

The best ravioli in the country! We drive from Las Vegas to visit friends in Santa Maria but we really go there so we can visit Rosas.

Just down the street from Guiseppie's. Also very good Itailian cuisine. It is also quite a bit less expensive than Guisepppie's, and you will not have to wait in line to get in on the weekend. Good food, drink, a great place to take a date.
