I have been eating at Rosita's since 1986 and have never had a bad experiance there. The food is great, though I wish they still had some things on the menu that they have taken off. The service and value are better than most mexican (non-fast food) resteraunts. I will definately continue dining there.

Filibertos is part of a chain. It is the best value in the valley for Mexican food. A typical burrito will cost 3 to 4 dollars, and weigh more than a pound! Lots of food with good taste for little money. A winner.

The food is authentic and delicious. Portion size is generous and El Penasco's frozen margaritas are the best in Tempe and perhaps beyond.
The decor is a combination Mexican cantina and all you can eat Chinese restuarant.
