Port Saint Lucie Restaurant Guide

I've eaten in Ruffinos a couple of times and the service was horrible the waitress always seemed to mess up my order some how and was never really friendly to my children she just seemed like she was their for a paycheck and didn't care if your dining experience was good or not. This was my first time having them deliver it and I must say that the delivery guy was very nice he even helped me to get ahold of the manager because I did have an issue with what i ordered. I called up and let them know that i ordered past wothout tomato sauce because i had ordered chicken marsala and they make it with tomato sauce for some reason. (I have never heard it served like this before but hey if thats how they make it then okay I'll order it how I like it). Needless to say they messed it up and put tomato sauce on it anyways. I call and let them know and ask if they can send out new pasta without sauce. Well obviously that was the wrong question i ended up having to call back 3 times because they guy kept hanging up on me using the F word over and over calling me stupid/idiot/dumb telling me if I don't like how he cooked it dont F***ing eat it and the list goes on. I finally call the guy that delivered the food (i got his number because he called for directions earlier) He tells me ask fo Maria so I call back I talk to Maria and she says she won't send out new pasta she's sorry they messed up and have a good night. i can't believe how she was the owner and didn't care that the guy treated me like this. After everything that I've been through tonight never again will I order from them and I would never refer ANYBODY to them. They don't know how to run a business and they have no idea how to keep a client.
