Buffalo Restaurant Guide

I have to say I was absolutely blown away by Saigon Bangkok Restaurant. Everything about the restaurant was superb, from their food to service. I have driven by the place many time but never paid much attention to it. From the out side appearance, Saigon Bangkok doesn't seem like much but it is quite the hidden gem of Buffalo. The food quality and selection of balance flavor is right on point. I would say that it is a fusion food that is delicately blended with new modern day twist. From the season sweet savory taste of Mango curry to the crispy noodle with light garlic sauce that make every bit as savory as the first. They were just voted by the Buffalo Spree as having the best pad thai in Buffalo. I will have to try it the next time I return. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something exciting to eat.
