I finally tried Saluda's after hearing about how good it is from several friends in my office. I was not disappointed! The ambience was amazing from the start. I loved the tall ceilings, wooden floors and the low lighting. It had a very cosmopolitan feel. The service was good but the food was the real star. Everything was cooked exactly the way we ordered it, and it was evident that the ingredients were fresh. Everything was not dripping in a heavy sauce as I have found in many of the fine dining restaurants in Columbia. This is now one of my favorite restautants in and I will not wait for a special occassion to go back!

Perfect place for a romantic dinner or for a group gathering. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is the best in the entire city. You will not regret this experience.
