Fragrant spices are delicately blended in meticulous proportions to create the dishes that Santoor Indian Cuisine presents to you.
Each dish will have its own distinctive flavor due to the different methods of blending and preparing spices...techniques that are centuries old and indispensable to Indian cuisine.
Our "Presentations," as we prefer to call our dishes, are rooted in the soil of the Indian subcontinent areas and are prepared in our restaurant exactly as in our own home.
"Tandoori" a barrel shaped, open topped, charcoal fired clay oven, which can cook several of our delicacies, roast meat, and chicken, and even bake bread! All foods cooked in the Tandoor oven are marinated in yogurt, together with a special blend of Himalayan herbs and spices to suit each variety of presentations.
