If you want a stuffy restaurant, this isn't it. You enter through the bar. The bartender is usually a gorgeous young woman wearing something skimpy and tight. The manager looks like George from the Apprentice. The restaurant is attached to an Arby's, but you might not even notice this. The place shows its age. But the upside of that is that you can relax and don't have to feel like you are in the highly competitive OC.
The food is good and the recipes taste pretty much like any good Italian place did in the 1970s. So if you are looking for some predictably good Italian food, this is going to satisfy you. If you are looking for some amazing new Italian fusion experience, uh uh. Move on. I actually like the place because the bar has plenty of big flatscreen HDTVs with whatever game you want to watch. Check the specials as they have some posted on the board. The full order of garlic bread is a meal unto itself. The lasagna is great. Overall, the kitchen is fairly slow, because they make everything when you order. The pizzas are good too.
