was the worst restruant I ever ate at, The waiter was a very bad one, the food was not German more like goolosh.Felt like and intruder.

When asked about a certain German food item, we were informed that this was a restaurant, not a bar and that item was not served there. The waiter was very pushy and downright nasty. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. A horrible dining exprience. The food was average (very greasy), and way overpriced. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

I had the worst restaurant experience of my life at Schnitzelhaus. Based on reviews that the food was good I decided to take my wife to Schnitzelhaus for authentic german deserts.
After we arrived we were promptly seated and asked for drink orders. After they arrived we were told to order from a special 4 course Octoberfest menu. This was never pointed out to us, and we explained that our only desire was to consume desert. The friendly waitress apologized and told us she could not offer us deserts and that we were not interested in the 4 course meal (as their regular menus was suspended for the month which was not advertised anywhere) we could just finish our coffee and asked us to return another time when we would be in the mood for a full meal.
After 10 minutes, and about halfway done drinking our coffee the owner approached us telling us we had to leave as he had reservations coming and he needed our table (surprising since the restaurant was 90% empty). Our reply of "we are finishing up" was retorted by the owner with a screaming "I want you to leave RIGHT NOW!". Startled by this rude behavior we immediately left he restaurant. Feeling cheated of the 5 dollars we paid for this most unmannered behavior. When we asked for our money back while standing in the entryway of the place the owner remarked "get out and wait for your money there or I call the police."

So if you are in the mood to experience what it must have been like to be screamed at by a guard in Auschwitz then please go to the Schnitzelhaus. As as a new costumer, unfamiliar with the restaurant special, never been told by the staff of the "special menu", I was treated in the rudest manner of my entire life. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place, unless your in the mood to be thoroughly insulted.
