Incredible Brazilian pizza! Sebastian's is a Brazilian style pizzeria that opened in Orlando in late 2010. Like most eateries with the word "pizza" in their names, most of their non-pizza items are mostly for show. The pizzas, however, are some of the best in Orlando. For something simple, try the four cheese, which is made with mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, and a tasty Brazilian cheese called catupiry. Or try the calabresa, made with Brazilian calabresa sausage. All pizzas are made the Brazilian way, with thin crust, a small amount of tomato sauce, and lots and lots of toppings to give it maximum kick.
