Many of us know and love Skipper's Greek Cafe as the best breakfast in the Clear Lake area but how many of you have sampled Terry Psarovarkas' authentic Greek delicacies? Each week Terry hand prepares Greek leg of lamb, lamb shanks, pastitsio and mousaka using old family recipes handed down by word of mouth through the generations and perfected under the watchful eye of Terry's mother. John mixes his fabulous Greek salad dressing weekly and over the years has been asked so many times for a "cup of dressing" by customers that he now bottles it and makes it available at the counter. Friday and Saturdays at Skipper's is "Greek Day" when Terry proudly presents her lamb delicacies along with Friday night entertainment.
