First time here. Love BBQ so we ordered many items to go. Had to wait 45 minutes for a 'to go' order. Lots of people, so thought it might be good.
Noisy while waiting. Didn't look as clean as I would like it. Staff seemed unfriendly and disinterested in customers and were busy holding private conversations better saved for break time.
They screwed up the order.
None of us liked anything we ordered, not the meats or the sides. Tried switching meals. No one could find anything from anyone else's orders they liked.
Ended up throwing the meals out in the back yard to the wild animals and stray cats. They ate it. Might get a better review from the animals. Too bad they don't have the Internet.
Figured it was maybe just the location. Tried Plant City. Used the drive thru. Same disinterested staff as Lakeland. This time just got the pulled pork and sweet tea. Both were awful. Couple of bites and back into the backyard with the sandwich. Down the sink with the tea.
Don't think I'll try any of the chain again. Don't see what the draw is as there are always a bunch of people there.
