I was skeptical the first time I walked into this small restaurant. Seat-yourself service, and a lottery machine in the front? But whatever qualms I had about dining here were quickly overcome by the quality of my experience. The dining room is small but clean and comfortable. The waitstaff are friendly and personable, and they are willing to take special orders. The menu is varied and the food is delicious! And the prices are very reasonable. My favorite meal is their Monday night meatloaf! If you've never dined at the Sports Page, I highly encourage you to try it!

We love Sportspage for the service which is very friendly, but really love the food. you can tell that a lot is homemade. The Chicken Fried Steak is to die for. The best we have ever had. From what the owners told us, they are going to remodel in November, and are changing their name to the PepperMill. I guess more family oriented. They have added a bakery already and are going to make it even larger and add a drive thro pick up window and a Java hut. The homemade bread and Pecan rolls are yummy. We are regular eaters from here on out.

A good, basic small town restaurant. Solid services, with a solid, though basic menu with small town prices. No ambiance, but that's not why it's there. However, the small town friendliness is abundant.
