My husband is Thai and has tried all of the Thai restaurants in Fort Collins, including the most recently opened Bann Thai. Sri Thai has been his favorite since the day they opened, and the only Thai eatery he has made a return trip to. (Make that many, many return trips!) Our whole family loves it and we make it a point to load up so there's plenty to take home for the next day's lunch. The food is fresh, consistent and as authentic as an American palate can stand.

The rather large dining area is without the obstacle of columns, due to the thoughtful design of the owners. There is just enough in the decor to hint of the proprietors' native Thailand. The menu goes deeper into the matter with the descriptions of food and drink that are new to many, and favorites to others, and flavors that are full, even rich, and delightfully mysterious. At the table, the dishes may vary only slightly and always within the balance of creative excellence. The sounds of Thai at the front and occasionally other languages among the guests only adds to the regional flavor. Of the service, I go there to relax and enjoy. If ever I have had less time, I have called ahead for take-out or let them know upon seating. They have always been attentive. When parking is full, especially in the evening, I have parked in the adjacent lot. As for overall value, I figure that I save about $3000 with each visit, the price of airfare, and I'm back in an hour!
This is far and away our favorite asian restaurant in Fort Collins. The Thai green curry is fantastic and the hot and sour soup is amoung the best I've had - not too thick with just the right amount of latent "burn". With their not-very-old Sushi c

I love Thai food and this is one of my favorite Thai restaurants anywhere. The quality of the food and the value are excellent. Eating at Sri Thai is always high on my 'to do' list when I am in Fort Collins.

It is truly ashame that one diner had such a bad experience waiting for service. It must have been unusual. I dine here often because it is a phenomenal restaurant with great food. Don't be swayed, this is a must visit restaurant.

Restaurant was not busy, we were immediately seated with the sun in our eyes. Closed the blinds and waited... the waiter walked past 3 or 4 times. After 10 minutes of 0 service we left. Don't waste your time here - the service is horrible. They'd rather all sit and talk at the bar area than help the customers.
