This restaurant provided one of the worst experiences I have ever been subject to in my entire life. My parents, aunt and uncle, who are senior citizens, and I attempted to enjoy the happy hour in the lounge. Three clearly drunk patrons began to harass us in an attempted to get us to vacate our seats. The lounge has a policy of first come, first serve, and these patrons were trying to heckle us with the hopes that we would be so offended as to leave. Well, they eventually began to threaten physical harm, and I asked the manager, Andrea Horvath, to intervene. This manager had the odacity to tell me that she would not ask these drunk females to leave. At this point we wanted to leave but were somewhat afraid that these females where not joking about hurting us in the parking lot. I was forced to phone the police, and the evening was ruined. I could not stop crying I was so upset. The females made the most ugly, disparaging statements and threats, and the bartender just kept serving them alcohol, fueling their debachery. Please, in the name of God, do not go to this restaurant.
