My family and I dine here at about once a week. And although I rarely fill out comment cards or complain (verbally or otherwise), I feel that I MUST share with you my most recent experience. To begin with, my chili was ICE COLD, our server would "disappear" for extended periods of time (I sat for the longest with an empty glass until I walked up to the counter to obtain my own refill), and the vanilla shake that I ordered with a "shot of hot fudge" had a peculiar taste. When I said something about this, I was informed that they had run out of hot fudge, so they simply squirted in CHOCOLATE SYRUP! As if I wouldn't know the difference! As if this all weren't bad enough, the manager "generously gave me a "discount" of 1.93! ONE DOLLAR AND NINETY-THREE CENTS! GIVE ME A BREAK!!! This was a major insult. Oh yeah, I received no apology from management. My advice to you and your employees is to GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!! There are a plethora of restaurants in my area from which to choose. My mistake was choosing yours.

THIS IS A NICE COMFORTABLE RESTAURANT THAT WE VISIT OFTEN. THE SERVERS COULD BE A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONAL. WE OFTEN HEAR THEM TALKING LOUDLY WITH EACH OTHER AND THEY ARE SOMETIMES SLOW IN GETTING REFILLS, ETC. WE HAVE MET SEVERAL OF THE MANAGERS AND THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE RESTAURANT HAS A NICE OLD FASHIONED ATMOSPHERE AND THE FOOD IS GOOD FOR THE PRICE. WE WILL CONTINUE TO VISIT THIS RESTAURANT OFTEN!

Had been wanting to visit the Station House for a long time and finally managed to do so in March this year. It lived up to all expectations and we really had a fun evening. Our waitress Cheryl was both friendly and efficient and made our day by pe

My family and I go to Ichiban about 2-3 times per month. We have tried all of the other Japanese rest. but none of the other come close to the taste of Ichibans food. I would eat there everynight if I thought I could afford it.
Ambience and Entertainment was superb. Food was mediocre, not many choices on the menu and prices were high. They added an entertainment fee of 15% to your bill.
