We prepare all of our dishes using steam to lock in nutrition while letting out the flavors. We have no grill, no fryer and no microwave. All of our produce is grown locally. All of our decor, silverware and settings are from local thrift stores and garage sales. We believe in keeping it the community and concentrating on the integrity of our food.
