I ordered 2 cups of soup. One young female student worker served up the soup and another young female employee looked into the bowl while the soup was being scooped up and started to laugh at what she saw. I thougt it was odd but said nothing. I got home to sit down to eat my meal and found the soup was a hard darken crust of what had burnt at the very bottom of the Subway store soup containers. It was not edible and was a very ugly sight. I returned to tell what happened but got on snickers from the young employees. I called the manager next day and I was promised free coupons, nothing to date has arrived. That was almost 2 months ago!

i ordered a BLT sandwich and they did not cook the bacon. I went to tell this and they told me it was because i didn;t ask to have it cooked. I asked them to cook it, they took the bacon and when it came back it still was cold and limp. how can anybody expect another person to eat cold limp bacon. it was the worst sandwich i ever had.
