Every time I am in town, I make sure to stop by Sushi Boat for a bite to eat. The sushi is always fresh. The restaurant features a moving waterway, on which plates of sushi and various other items float on little 'boats'. You just grab the items that you want, and at the end of the meal the waitress tallies your total. And, depending on what plates you choose, you can spend as little or as much as you want and still get to sample many different kinds of sushi. They also have bento boxes, although I have never ordered one... I always stick with the bar. The chefs will make whatever you want, all you have to do is ask...all in all, this is a great restaurant, with friendly staff and fresh food. I highly recommend it!
The food is awesome and the staff is very friendly. They have the best happy hour with sushi, drinks and appetizers 1/2 off. We love going for a nice dinner out or a late lunch.
