Irashalmasen E-RAH-SHY-MA-SHE (welcome in Japanese)
Owners Paul and Sue Cho, first opened Sushi Eye in Tempe, AZ in 2005 focusing on the maki-ful creations of their son, Sushi Chef Richard Cho. Their daughter Sandra and her husband Tom took on the task of the design and look of the place. Paul and Sue soon opened a second location in Chandler in late 2007, brining with it the Valley's First Conveyor Belt Sushi.
