Horrible Horrible Service!!! My husband drove 15 minutes to get food for our family only to come home and discover they forgot 3 items. He drives back to the store and an employee by the name of AC looks at the receipt and says "You stood here all this time just for this?" He gives my husband the 3 missing items and throws in a "free" order of cinnamon twists. My husband comes home (keep in mind that almost an hour has elapsed since he originally left home as well as the gas he wasted driving there and back twice!!). I call the store to ask for the operating manager and district manager’s name and talk with Lindsey, who says "We are kinda busy right now, can you call back later?" Where has the quality of customer service gone?
