I visited this store 8/5/09. There were only 3 cars in the lot and 6 people in the store and no one waiting to order. There was no one attending the register and I waited 2 minutes for someone to take my order or acknowledge I was even there. There were several employees on the food line filling orders for the drive-up. I now know that one of them was the shift manager. A couple came in after me & waved to one of the employees not working on the food line. This employee walked up to the counter where they began to talk. After about 2 more minutes the couple said goodbye and started to leave. At that point the employee got behind the register and asked if she could help me. I said, "You mean you had to talk to them before you take my order while I have been standing here now for 5 minutes?" Her comment was that she was talking to her mother. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that she is right there and pointed to the lady who looked at me several times and never bothered to talk my order, say hello or even acknowledge that I was in the store. I said, "If this is your idea of customer service, then I will take my business elsewhere" and turned to leave. The young lady at the register said in what I perceived as a very sarcastic manner, "Have a nice day". I could hear her and her mother snickering as I exited the front door. If this is this store's idea of customer service, I will never spend another dime of my hard earned money in this store again.
Lolitas is so delicious. Best salsa and queso in Waco - I can't get enough! Everything I have had there has been delicious and they always accomodate special orders.
I think they have the best burritos and chips and salsa in town! i go there about three times a week. And there always busy. which should tell you something!!!!!!
I don't know what Mr. Caps Lock is going on about, because Casa Ole is delicious. I always order the taco salad with beef fajita meat and it is scrumptious. I love it!!! Also their green chip sauce is really delicious. I must find the recipe.
