Restaurant Description

Welcome to the Taj of India Restaurant

Taj of India's menu boasts of seafood specialties, Tandoori specialties, chicken, and lamb dishes as well as the our finest Indian breads. Flavors are as varied as the climate of India and as exotic as the people of India. Different regions specialize in different foods with ingredients complementing each other nutritionally and tastefully. Each dish is spiced to enhance the aroma and flavor. Our spices do not make the dishes hot, because our very skilled chefs make each dish individually, we will be happy to make your dishes the way you prefer them, form mild to extra hot. You'll feel like you're really dining at the Taj Mahal of India.

Enjoy your delightful experience at Taj of India!

Taj is located in Castleton. My family and I were shopping at the Mall and my daughter saw Taj across the street. We normally go to Broad Ripple for Indian but We were curious to try to this place. We loved it. The flavors and the quality of food were excellent. The staff was very helpful esp the young lady with the most pretty smile. We'll be back. No other place in Indy had what Taj of India has to offer. It was a great way to end the evening. Thankyou Taj!

This is my new favorite Indian place. The food is a touch more daring with the spices without being too hot and the flavors are amazing. What will keep me coming there is that they have Indian chai right at the buffet! Great and friendly staff too ...
