Tavern On The Avenue caters to the serious sports fan, with 17 TV's and drink specials based around events like Sunday NASCAR races. Located less than two blocks from the Xcel Energy Center, it's a perfect stop for anyone looking for fun, food and drinks before or after a live event. Wednesday nights are now dedicated to Wii tournaments, and weekend evenings include live music after 10 p.m. And we pride ourselves on our delicious menu that you can enjoy with family or friends.

There was a group of 6 that ate here on Saturday, October 6, 2012. We had a great time!!! We rate the places we eat at by the bloody Mary's and the food. Both were great, the guys ordered wings and the ladies had beef sandwiches. The service was great and even though she was training someone, she was still on top of things and was a great trainer. We will defiantly go there again!!!
