Plymouth Restaurant Guide

My husband and I had an excellent meal and experience at The Courthouse Grille last night! The food was amazing--perfectly prepared! I had Tortelloni Gorgonzola; my husband had the grilled salmon, with asparagus & red skin potatoes. Our server, Devin, was personable, attentive, and professional. This was unquestionable the best local dining experience we've had in years! We'll be back!

Economeis are in dire straits, but I can count on this!

We were very disappointed with our visit to the Courthouse Grille. The first thing that struck us when we entered was the pervasive musty smell. When we were seated by the windows, we couldn't help but notice how dirty they were and the lack of any type of window treatements.

The food was also disappointing. The bread was good, but the salads were small and my basalmic dressing was virtually all oil. My order of whitefish was huge. While it was apparently broiled, I didn't care for the sauce which smothered the fish. I though it had a rather fishy taste as well.

My wife ordered the shrimp scampi and didn't care for it either. It included eight large shrimp and a huge amount of pasta. Overall, she didn't like it much.

We will probably not go back to the Courthouse Grille. It's no where near as good as when it was Ernesto's or before that the Hillside Inn.

a friend and I went to Courthouse Grille for lunch recently and I was amazed at the prices on the lunch menu. $12.95 was just about, if not the only, lowest price on the menu. the meals we had were mediocre. i cant imagine what the dinner prices are! i do not know how they will stay in business for lunch at these prices. i had gone to the restaurant several years ago when it was Ernestos with a group of 8-10 people and the food was outstanding. my friend and i will probably not go back--mediaocre food and high prices.
