Fine dining restaurant located in historic Riverdale Inn.
In the golden days of the early 1900’s grand mansions lined Riverside Avenue and the thoroughfare was known as the “The Row.” The cream of Jacksonville society resided there and an invitation to dinner was much sought after and considered an honor. Today, we are honored to invite you to dine in The Row where you will be in the capable hands of young Jacksonville Executive Chef Eric Waln. The Row can comfortably seat up to 60 diners, and is located on the ground floor of the Riverdale Inn. The d?r is simple, elegant and warm, and has been created to suit the ambiance of the old mansion. Chef Eric is pleased to bring his culinary flair to his new restaurant and has created an eclectic menu featuring continental cuisine with southern undertones. Fresh organic greens and vegetables as well as wild game will be incorporated into the menu. Fish and meat lovers as well as vegetarians will find just what they are looking for in this up-to-the-minute restaurant where the challenge of cutting edge dining will be the Chefs ultimate goal. The wine cellar carries a wide selection of wines guaranteed to complement the fine cuisine. For the person who enjoys dining outdoors, consider being seated on the front porch where a view of the garden and Riverside Avenue will add to your dining pleasure.
