Me and my wife went now after the remodeling of the schnitzel factory many times for dinner. My wife is not a big schnitzel eater but she likes the new atmosphere and the other items on the menu. I can eat schnitzel, sauerbraten, currywurst and roulade every day. When I have this kind of food with a good German Beer, I’m in haven. In 1994 we moved from Germany to Florida and going out for dinner in the schnitzel factory is like” coming home”. The variety of the menu is well picked and everything is delicious. OK, some items are a little bit different than we know it from our area in Germany, but lots of German food is also a regional thing.

My husband and I went there last night. I had the Bratwurst with Mashed Potatoes and Sauerkraut and my husband had the Sauerbraten with Red Cabbage and Spaetzle. After living in Germany for over 10 years we can only recommend this place. Everything tasted great and is authentic. The waitress is from Southern Germany and was great. Good German music too.

We went to the Oktoberfest at the Schnitzel Factory a few days ago. The food was just great. I ate sauerbraten and dumplings and red cabbage. I was in the Army in Germany for 5 years. This food is very authentic. My wife eat the jaegerschnitzel and sides of the German potato salad. It was great and the best food in a long time. I tried so many German restaurants but this one will be my number one.
They have a live band playing nice German songs.

We tried the place and ordered the sauerbraten and were very disappointed. Tough, chewy and tasted just like a tough piece of round roast with no flavor. The red cabbage was delicious but I wouldn't go back again.

Great Restaurant. I love the food. I eat Sauerbraten with potato dumplings and red cabbage and my wife a Wiener Schnitzel with potato salad and Sauerkraut. It was very good. They serve beer in real steins and the wine in roemer. I love this Restaurant.
