Now, I'm born and raised in NYC, lived in Los Angeles for the past 14 years and spent 6 months in Mexico for work. So, I've eaten loads of Mexican food. The best thing Tico's offers is the free Spanish newspaper at the front that lists more Mexican restaurants.
