Our prime cuts of meat are rubbed, massaged, spiced, sauced and smoked for up to 18 hours to bring out the real flavor of the meat. We suggest you enjoy it naked however if you must, enjoy it with any of our sauces which have been created to enhance the flavor of the meat, not cover it up!
