To the review who is not happy with the bathroom, get over it. Its an old building and the bathrooms reflect that. The overall cleanliness of the place is acceptable. The food is the best ever and I consider myself very well versed in Chinese-American food. There is hardly a place I ever tried in my home town and surrounding area. Whenever I travel the first thing I do is hit as many Chinese places as I can. The food is top notch, service is excellent and friendly and my favorite place. I drive 45 minutes to get to this place just for the food, its that good.
I have been to over a hundred Chinese restaurants, Hong Kong Garden is number one. They also use fresh ingredients very important in Chinese cooking, this is a must try restaurant, and yes Steve and Sue are wonderful hosts. A must have is their hot a

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Lancaster County. Beutiful decor, efficient staff, great food. I love going there when the urge for Chinese is upon me.

If this is the best of Lancaster, then that's pretty pathetic. There is nothing seriously wrong with me, and I don't like this restaurant at all. I judge an establishment by their cleanliness, and the bathroom was atrocious. My girlfriend told me the same thing. As far as the food, it was very ordinary, and as far as Chinatowns in SF NYC and Philly go, All Of Them, are better than Tony Wongs. My girl wanted her food TO GO, (I've know idea why}, and the waiter gave us 4 takeout container and a small paper bag, then he walked away. How lazy! I have never been to an asian restaurant that has done that. If you are stuck in Lancaster, and you must have Asian, go to Hong Kong, or Lemon Gras Thai, down the street, they are really very good, but don't got to Tony Wangs if you can help it

I judge chinese restaurants by their hot & sour soup. I've dined in restaurants from San Fransico to Philadelphia and Tony Wangs has the best hot & sour soup I've ever had! The entrees are plentiful, plesant to the eye and a delight to the taste buds. They will modify your order to your likeing (i.e. extra hot or more garlic). Tony Wangs is wheelchair accessible and has excellent service to all guests. I highly recommend Tony Wangs for a pleasurable dining experience!

We have eaten at this restaurant too many times! Just shows how good it is! I love it! The food is excelent, the service is excelent! If you didn't like it then there is seriously someting wrong with you! It has beeb voted the #1 Chinese Restaurant 4 years in a row now! This is a must!
Their toilet was not working. Service was bad and dont expect any sympathy from the management (we tried that). If you still dare to be there, ask them to use less salt in their Hunan Pork.
