Louisiana Creole cuisine is recognized as a unique style of cooking originating in New Orleans. It makes use of what is called "The Holy Trinity" chopped celery, bell peppers and onions and "The Pope" garlic. It has developed from many cultural influences, but most heavily by French, Spanish, African, Native American and Caribbean styles. From The Big Easy to the Bayou, our menu and atmosphere reflect the diverse background of Creole cooking. We feature fresh interpretations of cuisine and cocktails native to the French Quarter.
