Edgar Galindo came from Cuba to be head Chef and to oversee all cooking operations for the Tropi-Cuba restaurants. Edgar attained his culinary education from one of the highest rated culinary academies in Havana, Cuba.
In the menu, Edgar shares the classic flavors of this Caribbean jewel: from tapas, soups, salads, rice dishes, vegetables, meats and seafood entrees to versatile marinades.
The restaurant is complemented with its unique fast food section: including sandwiches, salads, pasties, smoothies and espresso bar.
