Twist seems to be turning into a place for more than just drinks. They had a new chef join them several months ago and he has really transformed the food. I had eaten there last year and the food was okay, but when I went back recently with a few friends the new chef (Vinnie I think?) came by to check on us as we were eating and even personally delivered our desert sampler later (a plate that contained about 5 different desserts!). I would highly recommend dining there as it is quite good and reasonably priced. I had the flank steak, the jalapeno wontons and a few drinks and everything was really good. The rest of my party also commented on how much they enjoyed their food. The happy hour menu looked quite good as well and started at $2.50 for some of the plates and drinks, tough to beat that in Belltown! The service was great as well, our server took really good care of us.
