Victor & Rick always had a passion for cooking, especially grilling. Over the years they tested and created several techniques and recipes that family and friends came to love and request. Having their own place to showcase their love for "BBQ'ing" had been a topic they always talked about and hoped one day their dream could come true. After Rick's untimely passing, Victor "Vic" was more determined to make that dream a reality. Vic brings you the concept of family based, great homemade cooking, using Tex-Mex seasonings and his own special technique to create great tasting BBQ.
