The food is what really matters here. Wedged in a strip mall that hasn't seen a renovation in probably 30 years, the dining area is as simple as it gets. The basic surroundings belie a little secret - this is the best Vietnamese food you'll ever eat. Like the building, they're not going to win any awards for presentation. No frou-frou here. Just plain good eats. Probably not the place to take someone on a first date. S/he won't be impressed with the ambiance. If the food means more than the mood, Vietnam Kitchen is the place for you.
