A REAL JAPANESE restaurant. Run by a real Japanese chef. I lived in Japan for 11 years and this is one of the most authentic I've found in the US. Sushi is fresh and cut correctly; Japanese dishes are properly cooked and presented. BYOB, so don't for get your Sake.
