Nice staff, but expect kids to wait on you, not professionals. Poor management—especially the guy who is crude and surly with customers and clueless about the service industry. Drinks are good. Food, consistently, sucks. Preparation is uneven. If you get the Executive Chef, you might to OK. However, beware of the assistants. Expect beef products not cooked to order and overcooked. Expect pasta or rice or vegetables to be over cooked and soggy. Locals home from school hang at the bar with other off-shift staff from area businesses. Easy parking and on the strip which attracts the tourists who are just looking for any food to fill up. It has an ambiance of a 1980s bistro and is decorated as such. It has no intentions to be retro (can you spell tacky?)
