Last week, my co-workers and I ordered from the restaurant for delivery. We were missing a plate. What made it worse, is my co-worker is pregnant, and she wouldnt eat or take any of our food. Not only did it take the driver over an hour to deliver (we're only 4 blocks away), it took him almost 2 hours to come back! It didnt occur to the driver that when he received twice the amount of cash (cost of food w/tips), he never questioned it - and he actually counted the money in front of us. All of us felt bad for a pregnant co-worker! When we called and advised that the driver had not yet come back, and I was getting ready to leave work. I belive his name was Josh - advised that we should come pick-up the food. Not only did we not get an apology, no one offered us anything for their error. We actually had to ask if they were willing to offer us anything. We've recommended to our entire office staff that we not order anything from your restaurant due to poor service.
