I agree with another reviewer: As a person who generally likes KFC, the Kernersville restaurant is sadly lacking...in every way. I ordered a bucket of Extra Crispy one time, and got it home and found out it was all original recipe. The next (and last) time I went, the chicken was old and reheated. But worse than that was the service. I got to the front line, where two workers were talking....I ordered and they looked at each other and burst out laughing. Extremely rude. I felt like I was the victim of some inside joke / insult.

If I could have given this KFC "0" stars I would have! They have got to be the worst fast food restaurant ever. I have been there so many times and had to wait forever on the food that was supposed to be available (they are usually out of everything) then only to get home and realize that it is not even all there and they refuse to make it up to you or it is such a hassle, that it is just not even worth calling them over. I had only continued going there because my daughter loves their strips. One day she begged me to take her there after I had vowed never to return, I gave in. As we prepared to order our food a customer came up to the girl taking our order and showed her a huge bug that was in her cream potatoes. I told my daughter that is it we are out of here and she know nows better than to even ask if she can go to KFC....

Absolutely, Handsdown, THE WORST place in Kernersville to eat! Will Never go back! Food was fair at best. Service was non-existent, and when I complained it was like I had no clue what service was about.

We have been looking for a good place to eat since moving to Kernersville and have been disappointed in the options here, until we ate at Cagney's tonight. The food was great - I was really impressed with the quality and freshness of the ingredients

Well, kentucky fried chicken is okay, but I personally like bojangles a WHOLE lot better. There biscuits are kinda doughy and and not really crisp. The chicken was okay but not GREAT. I would say you have to be a fan.
