Amazing Thai food, Zagats rated. I've happended upon the owner early morning produce shopping in local markets. It's no wonder the food is impecably presented and delicious. Ive become a fan and loyal patron combined with a new found respect for restaurantuer/owners dedication to providing beyond a welcoming, memorable dinning experieince. Truly a treasure in Bay Shore, Siam Lotus puts Bay Shore on the MAP for international dinning experiences.
