The River Grill's enhanced menu, by Executive Chef Pascal Godé, showcases savory California classics that often come with western flair.
"We feel that indulging in great ranch-style dining is a vital part of life here at Alisal," says Executive Chef Pascal Godé. "We try to make every meal at the River Grill a compliment to the range of activities we've got here. After horseback riding, fishing, and golf, we want the ranch experience to carry over into the cuisine.
The River Grill Restaurant can comfortably seat 80 guests. Its high-beamed ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and beautiful stone fireplace creates a warm and inviting setting for an intimate dinner party. The patio can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner event and 250 for a stand- up reception.
