Being a multifaceted, dedicated, and creative individual, Jon combines his vast knowledge of the business world with the human aspect of creating a fine dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere at Alouette.
Jon's philosophy is ''treat the customer well, make them the most important part of your day and everything else will fall into place''. Jon's roots are from Spain and Italy where fine dining, good food and wine are a way of life. Jon and his wife Mayra have 5 children and 4 granddaughters.
